Opportunity Details

Position: Travel Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT)
Setting: Hospital
Location: Guymon, OK
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Duration: 8 weeks
Schedule: 36-hour work week (flexible scheduling)
Shift: Nights (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM)

Key Responsibilities

Implement and manage patient treatment plans, including administering inhalants, operating ventilators, therapeutic gas apparatus, and aerosol generators.
Perform bronchopulmonary drainage, assist with breathing exercises, and monitor physiological responses such as vital signs, arterial blood gases, and blood chemistry.
Assess and document patient progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to coordinate discharge planning and ongoing care.
Provide recommendations for assistive equipment and outpatient/home health programs.
Maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment outcomes.

Candidate Qualifications

Active Oklahoma State Respiratory Therapy License (RRT or CRT)
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
NBRC Registration (Preferred)
Minimum of two years' experience in LTAC and/or ICU settings
Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS
