Insurance Coverage Attorney (Hybrid) Confidential application process About the Role:
One of our top clients is seeking a talented and experienced Insurance Coverage Attorney to join our dynamic legal team.
This is a hybrid position, offering a flexible work arrangement that combines remote work with in-office collaboration.
Responsibilities:
Analyze complex insurance policies and contracts.
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Represent clients in court and at mediation.
Advise clients on insurance coverage issues.
Manage a diverse caseload.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in the Arizona State Bar.
3-8 years of experience in insurance coverage law.
Strong understanding of insurance law principles and practices.
Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
