Your Key Responsibilities

Conducts all activities required forvalidation & verification (V&V), for products and contained system, mechanical, electrics/electronics or software elements as assigned.
Contributes to the development and implementation of a suitable verification and validation strategy at the defined integration levels based on given standards.
Contributes to the development and implementation verification and validation activities in accordance with given standards (includingtesting of virtual or physical objects, static analysis, simulation).
Contributes to the exchange of development-related information and collaboration with internal/external development partners (e.g., system, electrics/electronics- or software development), providers of equipment and tools (e.g., test rigs, test environment for model-in-the-loop, software-in-the-loop, processor-in-the-loop, hardware-in-the-loop tests), or customers.
Applies given verification or validation processes (e.g., International Software Testing Qualifications Board Foundation Level).

Your Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in engineering and 1 or more years of practical experience.
- Knowledge of electric motor design.
- Experience in risk analysis and design failure mode and effect analysis(DFMEA).
- Electric drive knowledge.
- Experience in programming and development inMATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, or Python.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle drivetrain theory.
- Knowledge of c ontroller area network( CAN) communication.
- Understanding of vehicle powertrain architectures and components.
- Basic understanding of electric machines and controlsof hydraulics and heat transfer
- Understanding of modelling and simulating of mechanical, electric, or mechatronic development.

  - Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000
  - Hiring Bonus: $500 after 90 days, $1000 after 180 days
