Your Key Responsibilities

Manages one or more projects with internal as well as external customers.
Agree on project targets and contents and develop solution concepts with experts based on client requirements.
Ensure delivery of the projects assigned including all relevant steps, milestones, gateways and resources.
Monitor project progress in terms of time, costs, quality (TCQ) and derive measures in case of deviations or claims.
Steer and coordinate lessons learned and ensure proper documentation and project reviews.
Lead the project team members functionally and coordinate all involved external service providers, resources or stakeholders.
Resolve conflicts with necessary corrective actions and alerting senior management to potential issues.
Manage change requests from the industrialization standpoint and setpriorities.
Coordinate resources between Schaeffler locations to execute industrialization projects on time and within budget.
Manage and report investments and start-up cost of the industrialization project.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, preferred inmechanical or industrial engineering
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
Minimum of three (3)years of project management experience
Project management certification is a plus (PMP, CAPM, IPMA Level C or D)
SAP and Microsoft Project software experience preferred
Experience with manufacturing processes and equipment
Continuous improvement mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong presentation skills
