Job Summary

As the Senior Vice President of Client Solutions, you will play a critical role in shaping our client relationships and driving the success of our relocation services. This position requires a strategic mindset, exceptional leadership skills, sales experience, and an understanding of the relocation industry. You will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing innovative solutions, fostering business growth, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

Relocation Management experience is required for this role.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Consulting:

• Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.

• Understand client needs and expectations, ensuring our services align with their goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.

• Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.

• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Organize and orchestrate client events / moderate round tables.

• Playing a critical role in overseeing/orchestrating RFP's of a certain size and complexity.

• Attend industry/networking events to demonstrate Sterling Lexicon's capabilities.

Strategic Planning:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.

• Identify market trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for differentiation.

• Work closely with the executive team to set goals and objectives for the client solutions department.

• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our client solutions and make data-driven decisions.

• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop targeted strategies for acquiring new clients.

Team Leadership:

• Provide leadership and guidance to the client solutions team, ensuring alignment with company goals and values.

• Mentor and develop team members, helping them grow their skills and advance their careers.

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, where every member feels valued and supported.

• Set clear expectations and performance standards for the team, holding them accountable for results.

Business Development:

• Identify new business opportunities and lead the development of proposals and presentations.

• Cultivate relationships with potential clients through networking, outreach, and relationship-building activities.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and client needs to inform our business development efforts.

Specific Job Skills

• Comprehensive understanding of the full range of mobility services, US domestic and international.

• Experience and understanding of the US RMC market are essential.

• Experience in selling complex HR solutions.

• Good understanding of marketing and digital sales solutions

• Proven ability to generate profit through new and existing business relationships

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the relocation industry or a related field, with a focus on client relationship management and business development.

• Proven track record of success in driving business growth and building strong client relationships.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities.

• Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.

Travel

• Ability to travel 50% on overnight trips.

Language Skills:

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Ability to write routine reports.

• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
