A company is looking for a Subcontracts Administrator Specialist to support government subcontracting activities.
Key Responsibilities
Administer full life cycle subcontract management activities, including proposal support, negotiations, and administration
Develop strategies for competitions and oversee subcontractor performance
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies through appropriate review and approval of subcontract files
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 4+ years of experience
Experience with Contractor Purchasing System Reviews (CPSRs) policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of federal subcontracting, negotiation techniques, and subcontract administration
Experience with Deltek CostPoint ERP
Working knowledge of the FAR and DFARS
