Job Title: Patient Services Representative - Greeter
Location: Rocky River, OH
Duration: 2-month Contract
Work Type: Onsite
Pay Range: $18 - $20/hr
Are you a compassionate and detail-oriented individual with a passion for healthcare? We're seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative - Greeter to join our team in Rocky River, OH for a 2-month contract position.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction: Greet and welcome patients, creating a positive and reassuring atmosphere.
Phlebotomy: Accurately draw blood samples from patients of all ages, adhering to strict protocols.
Specimen Processing: Prepare and process blood samples for laboratory testing.
Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Medical training (medical assistant or paramedic) preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric patients
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

Location: Westlake / Elyria area
Hours: 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM
