Job Summary
Join Barrett Industries as a Regional Construction Manager in Cincinnati, OH! This exceptional opportunity allows you to lead a team of QC Technicians in managing asphalt quality control, ensuring flawless execution of projects. Main Responsibilities
* Coordinate and lead all aspects of a group of QC Technicians.
* Ensure strict compliance with QC standards in asphalt production.
* Develop and implement quality control procedures.
* Monitor and evaluate project progress.
* Collaborate with project managers to determine project requirements.
* Successfully implement QC plans for various construction projects.
* Provide training and support to QC staff.
* Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality standards.
Education and Skill Requirements
Education Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Professional certifications in Quality Control or Construction Management preferred.
Required Skills:
* Proven experience in construction quality control management.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in QC software and tools.
* Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Physical Requirements
* Ability to work in various weather conditions.
* Capability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Standing, walking, and moving around construction sites for extended periods.
