Remote Customer Service Rep
Remote Customer Service Rep Details:
Hours of operation: Mon-Fri , 8am to 8pm EST - Must be able to work an 8 hour shift during this window.
Duration: 3-month contract. Best candidates will receive a permanent position!
Location: Remote from anywhere in the US.
Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour (weekly)
Start Date: December 2nd
Remote Customer Service Rep Description:
+ Answering inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
+ A majority of the inbound calls are from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans.
Remote Customer Service Rep Qualifications:
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience
+ PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office
+ Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer
+ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
+ Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines
