Endoscopy Center of Lake County is looking to add a Full Time GI Tech who is a team player to our Outpatient GI Center!

As a GI Scope Tech at Endoscopy Center of Lake County, you will have the opportunity to work alongside highly-trained physicians. You will play a crucial role in delivering top-notch care.
We take pride in our friendly and supportive work environment, where continuity and trust are nurtured through stable and long-lasting relationships with our patients. While we work collaboratively as a group, each patient is assigned a dedicated gastroenterologist, ensuring personalized care and attention.
GI Tech at Endoscopy Center of Lake County:
The GI Tech assists in procedures and handles equipment including reprocessing and specimen handling.
QUALIFICATIONS:

High School diploma or GED required
Computer skills, required
Previous GI experience preferred
Previous instrument processing experience preferred
Ability to prepare reports and keep records
Ability to quickly adapt to changing condition of the patient when needed
Must be an excellent team player and have the ability to communicate with staff, patients and physicians
Must understand the principles of aseptic technique and implementation of work processes through this technique
Must have flexibility and assist in other ASC duties as needed. Will be cross trained to our procedure room tech position.
