What You'll Do:

Manage Client Leads:
Respond to incoming inquiries, send quotes, and follow up with prospects to convert leads into clients.
Build Relationships:
Create and nurture long-term client relationships by delivering excellent customer service and support.
Drive Sales Growth:
Conduct warm calls to potential clients, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to help the company reach sales targets.
Collaborate with Marketing:
Work with our marketing team on lead generation, social media engagement, and promoting our brand in the community.
Support Smooth Operations:
Coordinate with the team to ensure a great experience for clients from start to finish, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Strong Communication Skills:
You enjoy talking to people and can build rapport easily.
Customer Focus:
A positive, client-first attitude and a commitment to providing top-tier service.
Sales Enthusiasm:
A drive to meet and exceed sales goals and help grow the business.
Advanced Tech Skills:
High proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other software, with the ability to quickly learn new tools. Were looking for a tech-savvy self-starter who can take initiative.
Team Player:
Able to work both independently and with others to achieve shared goals.

Qualifications

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers
Experience in customer service or client services roles
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of data entry and analysis skills
Familiarity with outbound calling and call center environments
Comfortable with cash handling and basic accounting tasks
