Russell Tobin's client, a leading manufacturing company, is hiring a Technical Support Coordinator at Mason, OH (Hybrid)
Title: Technical Support Coordinator
Location: Mason, OH 45040 (Hybrid- 2 days on-site)
Duration: 2 months contract
Shift Time: 9:30 am to 6 pm (Mon- Fri)
Pay range: $16/hr - $18.50/hr
Duties:
Basic Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows able to troubleshoot application installs and Windows machine system configurations (standard CPU and laptop)
Basic Technical knowledge of PC Hardware (knowledge of CPU, monitor, and basic hardware connectivity)
Basic Hardware and software application troubleshooting skills
Looking for candidates with strong empathy skills/retail background preferred
