• _Job Purpose:_*
Provide Technical Leadership for all daily SupplierPlant Issues which require
containment, handwork, multi part investigation, quick countermeasures to
reduceeliminate plant impact for GDP and Downtime while supporting
SOMSupplier investigation through accurate report generation.
• _Key Accountabilities:_* Lead NARS report correlation for all HDMA Plants to assure report and cost accuracy
• Managing associates for all high time and high impact repair projects
• Responsible for all incoming new hire and EDP trainingmentorship plan
• Technical Leader to assure parts meet drawing and specifications to assure conformance
• Responsible to lead BodyChassis supplier quality engineers to assure problem containment of parts and completed body units
• Responsible for reviewing the previous shifts reports, and completing full investigation
• Daily confirmation of sort effectiveness of current quality concerns
• _Qualifications, Experience, and Skills:_* Bachelor's degree in Engineering field or 10 years equivalent experience
• 8-10 Years based on education
• Quality assurance, blueprint reading, part measurement, Catia3D, MS office proficient, negotiation and communication skills.
• _Workstyle:_* Onsite
• Open Office Environment, walking, sorting parts, limited travel, and overtime possible (Approximately 4 hours of overtime per week)
