Our Commercial Policy Processing department is currently seeking a policy support assistant. This associate will support our Commercial Lines department in servicing agencies by processing tasks needed in the areas of reporting, e?CLAS, certified copies, motor vehicle reports, auto filings, cancellations/reinstatements, and conditional, non-renewals, and cancellation notices. This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.

Many departments at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio, offer hybrid work options, empowering associates to work from home several days a week. Depending on your role and responsibilities, hybrid options may be available for those working at headquarters.?

Starting pay: The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $21.00 hourly. The pay determination is based on the applicants education, experience, location, knowledge, skills, and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.

mail output
policy reprint
cancellations, reinstatements
conditional non?renewals, cancellations
create reporting folders
request outstanding reports
update reporting cabinet databases

Qualifications:

Be equipped with:

working knowledge of rating/typing/eCLAS/reporting manuals
working knowledge of workbench and EDM Application
working knowledge of filings, coverages and business rules
understand the application and use of various forms as they relate to the rating/typing function
working knowledge of simple reporting coverages
working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
working knowledge of Reporting Cabinet Databases
basic communication with underwriters, team assistants, and underwriting assistant
working knowledge of motor vehicle reports
working knowledge of auto filing rules/coverages/systems by state
working knowledge of Oden
working knowledge of Lexis Nexis System
