DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include but are not limited to…

Create, build, and develop an internal marketing team, and work side by side with, where needed, to drive marketing initiatives.
Build strategic partnerships with the executive leadership team.
Manage department budgets while evaluating the return on investments of all marketing campaigns.
Master company product lines to effectively market and promote them.
Develop, enhance, and perfect internal and external marketing materials.
Own the development of key marketing areas including lead generation, marketing channels/materials, video content, and social media channels to increase brand awareness and visibility.
Collaborate with Sales to grow online sales conversions through strategic B2C marketing efforts.
Develop and expand wholesale brands.
Grow the Weatherables Professional Program (Contractors/Installers) to break into new markets.
Maintain strong relationships with external marketing firms to ensure cohesive branding and marketing strategies.

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Groveport, OH.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

7+ years of marketing experience including eCommerce sales, B2B, B2C, and brand management
5+ years of experience of proven team leadership and team growth.
3+ years of experience managing department budgets.
Experience managing external partners/vendors.
Demonstrated ability to build strategic partnerships with executive leadership.

Preferred:

Professional videography experience.
Website development experience, including SEO and digital advertising.
Social media management experience across multiple channels, focusing on conversions.
Experience in the ecommerce side of the building industry (e.g., Home Depot, Amazon, Ebay, etc…).
4-year Marketing degree

Desired:

Experience in the fencing and railing industry.
Copywriting experience.

SALARY: $110k - $125k
