This position will work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, project management, engineering, product development, and production to ensure alignment and drive project success.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The responsibilities of the VP of Marketing include, but are not limited to:

• Sales Support:
  • Sales channel development (architects, general contractors, end users)
  • Lead generation
  • Trade show support and ideas for improvement
• Marketing Strategy and Execution:
  • Marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Continued branding of the company
  • Enhancing the quality of marketing materials
  • Content generation
• Digital Marketing:
  • HubSpot oversight
  • Utilization of AI
  • Work with third-party vendors (PR firm, SEO, website developers, collateral)
• Team Leadership & Development:
  • Managing 3 - 4 staff members, developing skills and providing leadership
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives such as trade shows, advertising campaigns, and website performance
  • Produce engaging content across multiple marketing channels, including images, video, and written material, to support various brand and product initiatives.
• Product Development & Market Introduction:
  • New product development and rollout
  • Understanding the ownership's vision for new products and markets
  • Learning effective marketing strategies for architectural products
• Presentations and Communication:
  • Refreshing presentations for Lunch & Learns and customer PowerPoint presentations

*This is a full-time, in-person position operating out of the Columbus, OH area.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• Minimum 7 years of marketing experience
• Leadership experience, managing people and teams
• Possess an established portfolio
• 4-year degree

Preferred

• 10+ years of marketing experience
• Experience in the architecture industry
• Experience working with a Sales team

Desired

• Creative Marketing degree
• Established longevity with employers

Salary: $140k - $170k + profit sharing
