HealthEdgeis looking for a Operations Strategy & Planning Principal for the Source business unit. Reporting to the GM, you will bring your thought leadership to execute departmental and enterprise initiatives, oversee department communications, help quantify ROI related to business and technology investments and manage OKR and KPI reporting. Exceptional business acumen, attention to detail, organizational skills and impeccable communication skills are critical to success in this role.

The complete suite of solutions fromHealthEdgedelivers a digital foundation for payers specifically designed to fuel a digital transformation, reduce costs, and improve both clinical outcomes and the member experience.

• Your impact:
•

+ Act as a strategic advisor toGM and the Source leadership team, providing insights and support on business operations, strategy, and planning.

+ Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring collaboration across departments andtimelycompletion of projects.

+ Facilitate communication between theleadershipteam and stakeholders, including drafting anddisseminatingupdates and reports.

+ Organize and prioritize critical issues andrequiredinformation for the team tofacilitateefficient decision-making.

+ Lead special projects assigned byGM, ranging from operational improvements to new business opportunities.

+ Be a partner to theleadership teamto drive strategy, OKRs development, tracking and effectiveness to drive execution andaccountability.

+ Ensure that OKR Objectives are clear and measurable, and the expected values and metrics are welldefined.

+ Lead Board meeting preparation and documents in partnershipwith the leadership team; create board facingmaterials.

+ Partner with finance todeterminethe metrics they need including owning the format and cadence of suchreports andsolicitinputs from the necessarystakeholders.

+ Oversee communications related to department-wideinitiatives.

• What you bring:
•

+ 7+ years' experience in operations, strategic planning,consulting,or related field

+ Experience working within the Healthcare industrypreferred.

+ Bachelor's degree in business, Management, or related field; MBA or relevant graduate degree preferred.

+ Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans and solutions.

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proventrack recordof effectively managing complex projects.

+ Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

+ Deep understanding of business operations, financial planning, and performance metrics.

+ High EQ and a comfort level working with and presenting to C-level executives; Natural ability toinfluence.

+ Ability to independentlyproblem solvewith the ability to analyze complex data and develop insights andrecommendations.

+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projectssimultaneously.
