Pediatrics Occupational Therapist - Cleveland, OH
Job Type: Full-time
Shifts: Days
Job Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services using evidence-based interventions and skilled techniques as indicated by the Individualized Education Plan (IEP).
Collaborate with team members for the delivery of services and advocacy for students and families.
Provide in-service training for all school district staff and Company having contact with students.
Assist school districts in developing policies and procedures for occupational therapy services rendered in that school district.
Provide all necessary and required documentation and charting in student records, such as quarterly reports and evaluations.
Job Requirements:
Masters and/or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
Obtain and maintain a license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Ohio.
2 years of experience as a Pediatrics Occupational Therapist is required.
Obtain and maintain an Ohio pupil services license.
Valid CPR and BLS certification.
