What You'll Do:

Be the First Face (and Voice) Our Visitors See! You'll greet visitors, answer phones, and provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and guests. Your friendly personality will set the tone for a positive experience!
Accounts Payable Rockstar:
Handle incoming invoices, ensuring they are processed, logged, and paid in a timely manner. Your keen attention to detail will help keep our financial operations running like clockwork.
Supportive Team Player:
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed to ensure everything runs smoothly - from office supply management to helping our leadership team with special projects.
Create a Welcoming Atmosphere:
Whether it's coordinating delivery schedules or greeting families, you'll help maintain a friendly, supportive, and efficient environment.
Money Management:
Manage our resident trust account, making sure it balances everyday. You will be the one the residents go to for their money as well as petty cash for the building.

What We're Looking For:

A friendly, professional attitude - You'll be the first person people see, so a warm, approachable demeanor is key!
Organization skills - From answering calls to processing invoices, you love keeping everything in order and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Experience with basic accounting or office procedures, especially accounts payable.
Strong communication skills - You'll be talking to a lot of different people, so the ability to communicate clearly and effectively is important.
A positive, can-do attitude - You're someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and knows how to stay calm and collected.
