is hiring for a Trucking Dispatcher
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher with a strong background in trucking and logistics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling trucks, ensuring efficient routes, and maintaining communication with drivers to guarantee on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch trucks for timely deliveries and pick-ups.
- Monitor and track the status of loads, ensuring efficient routing.
- Communicate with drivers to provide instructions and updates.
- Resolve any logistical issues or emergencies that arise.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Dispatcher in the trucking industry.
- Strong understanding of trucking logistics and regulations.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficient with dispatch software and GPS systems.
