As an employee owner each employee's triumph is everyone's triumph, since you are all part owners in the company. * As the Maintenance Technician you would be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading manufacturing equipment in the plant. * Duties/Responsibilities
Evaluates and identifies potential problems. Repair and maintain electrical/mechanical machinery including pneumatics and hydraulics.
Visually and mechanically inspects and tests machinery and equipment.
Detect malfunction and discusses machine operation variations with supervisors or other maintenance workers to diagnose problem or repair machine.
Dismantles defective machines and equipment and installs new or repaired parts.
Follow preventative maintenance schedules.
Repairs and maintains physical structure of establishment including building and grounds maintenance.
Pay and Shift info
Starting pay range of $22-$35/hour, based on experience.
2^nd^ shift (3pm -11pm) or 3^rd^ shift (11pm - 7 am) with availability to train on 1^st^.
Cost of living bonus paid weekly or monthly.
Direct Hire opportunity with the company.
Skills/Qualifications
2 or more years' experience as a Maintenance Technician in a manufacturing environment.
Experienced with 3 phase electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and follow blueprints and schematics.
Experience with PLCs is a plus.
High School Diploma or GED.
Will be subject to a pre-employment screening.
