A company is looking for a Marketing Projects Coordinator (Contract Position).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and organize marketing collateral and manage project tracking systems
Coordinate logistics for events and manage promotional item distribution
Assist in content development and oversee the quality of graphic design deliverables
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or event coordination
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HubSpot; familiarity with Salesforce and Google Analytics
Experience managing event logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships
Basic understanding of digital marketing and content management systems
