Description
Office Team Lead (Onsite), part time position .
Anakim Consulting is seeking an Office Team Lead with 2 years' experience.
Flexible hours, Monday through Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM. 40 hours per month
in office .
You must have previous management experience overseeing office personnel.
You must work minimally 2 hours per day at 337 E Catawba Street, Belmont, NC. ( NO REMOTE WORK)
Must live in a qualified HUBZone area.
The candidates must have a resume attached with their application.
Manage part time employees with diverse job responsibilities
Ensure part time employee work scheduling software is kept update to date
Meet at least weekly with each employee to get updates on assignments
Make decisions on assignments on new projects to Team
Monitor work level of all employees to ensure fairness
Monitor work hours to ensure compliance with requirements (part-time employees are required to work 40 hours per month)
Recommend raises for approval and do yearly performance evaluations on employees

Requirements:
Applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
PowerPoint experience is a plus.
Note: Must live in HUBZone
