CSP is partnering with a business consulting firm in Canton, Baltimore MD that is currently seeking an Office Manager.
This role involves overseeing various administrative functions integral to the firm.
The ideal candidate has prior experience in similar administrative positions, and is comfortable handling multiple tasks.
Responsibilities
Ensure office efficiency by maintaining common areas, organizing procedures, handling correspondence, and overseeing supplies and equipment
Oversee day-to-day office activities as main point of contact in office area, and keep management informed regularly
Assist in calendar organization, setting up appointments and calls for senior personnel
Offer clerical support like data processing, mail organization, report binding, printing, and filing
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2-3 years experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Dynamics 365 Office Central
