Office Lead

Primary Talent Partners has a role for an Office Lead/Admin. This is a 3 month contract role. NO C2C, permanent residents and local candidates only.

Job Title: Office Lead/Admin
Location: Round Rock, TX
Type: Onsite
Duration: 3 months
Travel: 25-50% travel can occur based on needs at other sites
Pay: $18-$20.50/hr W2
Hours: 4 x 10 hr shifts

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Oversees processes for check-in.
Verifying charts are pulled for scheduled appointments, demographics/eligibility is updated, and current forms are being utilized.
Listens and responds to patient and/or family members concerns.
Responds to patient questions and complaints; routes issues to appropriate personnel.
Analyzes daily administrative operations and utilization of resources.
Ensures policy and procedures are followed.
Understands and adheres to all applicable state, local and Federal laws and / or regulations including maintaining patient confidentiality through abiding by HIPAA laws/regulations.
Minimum Requirements:

Requires a HS diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year of office administration in a health care environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test is a requirement for this position and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:

Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is preferred.
Minimum of 1 year medical administration experience is highly preferred.
Strong Microsoft Office skills is highly preferred.
