Office Administrator

Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr
Position Overview:
The Office Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. The Office Administrator role requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative and clerical tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Responsibilities of the Office Administrator:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support as a Office Administrator to ensure efficient operation of the office. This includes answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.

Office Management: Oversee office supplies and inventory, manage office equipment, and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed.

Scheduling and Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. Coordinate logistics for board meetings and other organizational events.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records, including donor databases, membership information, and financial documents.

Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications, including managing our general email inbox and forwarding inquiries to the appropriate team members.

Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, including processing invoices, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.

Qualifications for the Office Administrator:

Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or relevant role.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software.

Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Education Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related is ideal.
