Rate Range:
$30-$34.15/Hr
Liaise with sales to facilitate the Expense Reimbursement process on a daily basis Provide support for tracking progress of Distribution Management's projects and analyze the data as needed to assist management in the prioritization of work Navigate Firm's resources, interface with various departments on behalf of executives to collect information, respond to requests, obtain services Ability to maintain excellent communication standards, including with senior management and sales representatives Ad-hoc projects Qualification:
Excellent communication, writing, judgment, and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills Must be an enthusiastic and positive team player who is willing to help out and who works well with colleagues High degree of professionalism, organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure while managing multiple responsibilities College Degree Preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel Non-benefitted (other than those mandated under state or federal law).Please note that this position does not include paid time off benefits.
