Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for a Legal Assistant.

As a Legal Assistant, you will be:

Assist attorney in all phases of Trusts and Estates
Must have Estate Planning or Administration but better yet, both
Medicaid experience extremely helpful
Assist with case file management, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of all relevant information and correspondence
Preparation of legal documents and filing documents
Coordinate and schedule depositions, hearings and other court appearances
Provide administrative support, including answering phone calls and managing correspondence with current and potential clients
Foster a collaborative work environment by actively engaging with attorneys, paralegals and firm administration, sharing knowledge, resources, and best practices and contributing to the overall efficiency and success of the firm's legal practice.

The ideal candidate will have:

2+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant/Legal Secretary in a law firm with Trusts and Estates.
Experience with Microsoft Office suite, in particular Word and Excel.
Medicaid experience is preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and effectively deal with a client base under stressful circumstances.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range:
$54,080.00 - $58,240.00 Per Annual
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
