Registered Nurse (Operating Room)

About the Role
Join a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in patient care. As a Registered Nurse in the Operating Room, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring optimal outcomes through collaboration and expert nursing care. This role requires commitment, passion, and a strong focus on patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Use the nursing process to plan, implement, direct, and evaluate care in an operating room setting to achieve the best patient outcomes.
Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth workflow and comprehensive care for all patients.
Handle both scrubbing and circulating duties for major surgical cases, demonstrating expertise and adaptability in diverse OR scenarios.
Requirements
Licensure: Current Registered Nurse license in New York State.
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; BSN required.
Certifications: Current BLS certification.
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in scrubbing and circulating for major surgical cases, with prior OR experience.
Skills: Exceptional organization, communication, computer proficiency, and interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands: Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation
Hourly Range: $54.16 - $62.42 (based on experience)
