Requirements:

NY License
2 years experience
Must have Cardiac ICU experience
CRRT, IABP, NIHHS, LVAD, Impella, ECMO
AHA BLS
AHA ACLS

Other Details:

Does NOT accept local candidates within 50 miles
Float expected, if needed
