Looking for a Preconstruction Manager to join a top Construction team in NYC.
This individual should be a big-picture thinker with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
The candidate must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication and organizational skills.

What You Will Be Doing As the Preconstruction Manager, you must be confident in providing an initial bid based on schematics that will ultimately be within a minimal margin of the final price.
You will also provide bids with options built in to accommodate different design options.
You will be responsible for the preparation of construction budgets and estimates, as well as other preconstruction activities.
You will collaborate with the team to complete scope development, value engineering, and subcontractor prequalification.
What You Need for this Position Stable work history in commercial preconstruction management Strong understanding of design/build concepts Excellent ability to provide preconstruction services such as leading meetings with stakeholders, developing preconstruction schedules, permitting, and rezoning if necessary Healthcare Construction is a plus Valid drivers license
