Responsibilities:
Vendor outreach and communications via phone and Outlook
Prepare RFQ documents and addendums via Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro
Receive incoming quotes/proposals
Assess submitted quotes/proposals for arithmetic errors and correct prevailing wages
Process vendor responsibility checks
Prepare procurement records
Procurement project tracking via Microsoft Excel
Maintain project retention via filing
Possible misc. administrative tasks
