Job Summary:

The Order to Cash Team Lead is responsible for day-to-day issue resolution, escalations, distributing daily responsibilities, managing SLAs, assisting through KPIs/KRIs, and supporting the Order to Cash Manager to achieve stream objectives. This position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to lead a team while ensuring business expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:

â€¢ Assist in Cash Application, Billing, and Collections for all integrated NA businesses

â€¢ Work with integrated NA Customer Service/Commercial groups to meet business expectations

â€¢ Reconcile Bad Debt Reserves

â€¢ Communicate and resolve issues with customers at various organizational levels

â€¢ Manage collections and resolution of outstanding invoices

â€¢ Support teams in achieving and maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures, with discretion to make minor revisions

â€¢ Review logs and reports from colleagues and team members to support ongoing operations

â€¢ Prepare monthly reports on major past due accounts for Credit Manager

â€¢ Answer inquiries from reporting agencies, other businesses, and credit groups as required

â€¢ Assist in distribution of daily activities and assess output for efficient and effective operations

â€¢ Perform daily ongoing operational tasks to meet work targets and schedules

â€¢ Implement solutions for schedule delays and inform the manager of actions taken

â€¢ Maintain a flexible work schedule as needed

â€¢ Ensure completion, accuracy, and updates of all necessary SOPs

â€¢ Regularly review routine work and clear any deviations for soundness of judgment

â€¢ Champion capabilities like Chatbot, RPA, DAaR, PEx/BPE, etc., to improve process efficiency

â€¢ Demonstrate intellectual curiosity and eagerness to learn business knowledge and relevant technologies

â€¢ Embrace change and process improvements

Hours of Work/Work Schedule/Flex-Time:

â€¢ 40+ hours per week, flexible work schedule expected

Education and Experience:

â€¢ Required Education: BS Degree (preferably in Finance, Economics, or Accounting)

â€¢ Required Experience: 1-2 years in relevant areas

â€¢ SAP/S4Hana

â€¢ Excel

â€¢ Word

â€¢ Salesforce

Education: Bachelors Degree
