Overview:
We are seeking a Vice President, Program Management to join our team.
This position will be responsible for leading end-to-end project management for Cross-Channel Digital Initiatives (including but not limited to CRM, 360 Campaigns, Social Marketing, User Experience and Design, and other digital asset creations across both owned and paid channels) to increase our clients' relationships with their customers by working at the intersection of Customer Engagement, Business, Technology, Big Data, and Content.
In this role, you will lead with empathy and direct focus on the broad success of the team, being accountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies, and health within your assigned account(s).
You will collaborate across multiple stakeholders to inspire a "shared vision" for the combined Client and Razorfish project team.
The desired candidate is capable of leading multiple tracks of development and managing large size, more complex CRM and digital programs, and adapts quickly to change.
In addition, the candidate should have a strong background in reporting analysis and extensive strategic planning experience.
They should be adept at collaborating with executive-level stakeholders and effectively communicating with clients at all levels on a day-to-day basis.
Responsibilities:
Runs an increasingly larger and more complex CRM and digital program through the full lifecycle for a client, or multiple CRM or digital programs and partners effectively across multiple agencies as requiredAccountable for the delivery team's organization, operational efficiencies and health within their account(s)Responsible for staffing of Delivery team members and delivering accurate financial management and improved account marginsDefines different methodologies which should be used by projects in the organization, with ability to tailor, develop and codify new methodology based on client needs and organizational constraints and train others to scale the approach further and iterateEstablishes processes for scope management and change control and has ability to drive difficult scope change discussions and actions with clientLeads our teams to execute selected methodologies course correcting as necessaryActs as a consultant who can be leveraged to analyze suggestions on incorporating new ceremonies/approaches/tools which have helped on other projectsDrives adoption and governance on new tools, process and methodology within the internal Razorfish and client program teamProactively identifies difficult team situations and diagnose / implement corrective actions where challenges may occurLeads and facilitates large sessions with internal teams and/or Clients; presents and delivers clear messaging in front of large Executive-Level group audiencesAligns Client operational and financial requirements with optimal Deal Structure in coordination with the client-service leadProvides consultative advice to Clients/Client Services that help drive solutionsSuccessfully sets and manages internal, Client and third-party expectations, such that surprises have been avoided, and Stakeholders view their engagements positivelyProactively inquires as to performance against expectations and takes corrective action to remedy misaligned expectations with the internal teamEnsures that our internal interests are clearly protected in terms of unambiguous scope, articulate assumptions and third-party dependencies for large programsQualifications:
Program management experience that includes working in a fast-moving digital agency environmentDemonstrated experience in end-to-end management of large-sized, complex CRM and digital programs for a client or multiple clientsDemonstrated experience working with marketing, product, data & analytics teams, along with leading MarTech platforms such as Salesforce, Adobe, Braze, Epsilon and moreExpertise in overseeing digital production at scale, with ability to manage revenue at $15M+Workstreams include but are not limited CRM, Digital Production, Social Marketing, User Experience Design and more across both paid and owned channels.
Expertise in process and tool innovationStrong skills in reporting analysisDemonstrated experience in strategic planningAbility to interact and communicate effectively with executive-level stakeholders and clientsAbility to create Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plans for large programs and multiple projectsExperience with Adobe Workfront is a plus.

Compensation Range:
$159,500- $250,500.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
This role may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
