As a Senior Principal, you will actively participate in the growth and development of our Management Consulting practice at Publicis Sapient.
Your role will focus on shaping goal-oriented Digital Business Transformations for our clients and delivering strategic advice in the early stages of these transformations.
You will work in multidisciplinary teams comprised of management consultants, creative and experience strategists, as well as technology engineers.
Your Impact:
Lead large teams to deliver value-accretive business strategy and transformationActively participate in the entrepreneurial construction of the strategy consulting team:
support recruiting process, define ways of working, contribute thought leadershipEffectively manage team to produce quality client recommendations.
Qualifications Skills & Experience:
Over 8 years of Strategy and/or Management Consulting experience within a global major consulting firmPrior experience of large-scale transformations within corporate strategy at a global scale and reachSkilled at building senior relationships and delivering high impact work for your clientsTeam player, driven by business value creationExcellent written, verbal, numerical, and presentation skillsThorough consulting skills and experience consulting to C-level clientsDeep problem solving intrinsics and analytics skillsAppreciation for Agile ways of workingInterest and experience in technology and using technology to strengthen business valueOpenness to travel and work on client site in order to deliver the first-class services we pride ourselves inAdditional Information Pay Range:
$155,000 - $303,000.
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
