Job Overview:
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Director of Sales and Channel to lead sales efforts in the New York City area. This pivotal role focuses on managing and expanding client accounts within the PropTech sector, targeting real estate, property management, and related industries. The ideal candidate will excel in selling innovative software solutions, cultivating strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth in one of the most dynamic real estate markets in the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership: Identify and secure new business opportunities in the NYC area, positioning our software solutions as the preferred choice for property technology needs.
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth.
Lead Generation: Utilize networking, industry events, and strategic marketing campaigns to drive qualified leads and expand market share.
Forecasting & Reporting: Manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and provide accurate forecasts and progress updates to leadership.
Customer Success: Partner with customer success teams to ensure seamless implementation, onboarding, and long-term retention.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and support teams to align strategies and maximize customer impact.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of experience in B2B software sales, preferably in PropTech, real estate, or SaaS.
Skills:
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Deep understanding of property technology trends and solutions.
Expertise in building and managing relationships with senior executives.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Preferred:
Familiarity with NYC's real estate and property management sectors.
Experience selling SaaS or IoT-based solutions for smart buildings.
