Role Title: Senior Digital Marketing Manager

FLSA Category: Exempt

Role Location: Remote

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Director of Marketing.

Role Summary and Responsibilities:

The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing and implementing digital media initiatives, executing electronic campaigns, integrating the use of various social media platforms into marketing strategies, responding to physician practice requests for marketing materials, development of collateral materials, and general departmental support.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications, advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities / Essential Functions:

Manage digital marketing content, including maintenance of company websites and coordinate the development of new content and updates using internal and external resources.
Develop and execute email campaigns, coordinating creative services consultants as necessary.
Manage SEO/SEM strategy and provide analytics.
Assist with planning aspects of events, conferences, award ceremonies, and trade shows.
Assist with the compilation of the status of all marketing projects and tasks.
Coordinate production of collateral materials and marketing campaigns, including oversight of outsourced creative services providers (i.e. copywriters, graphic designers, photographers, printers).
Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and long-term business goals by identifying and executing improvements for processes and content.
Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for program success.
Compile market research, competitor analyses, and campaign results.
Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including provider directories and company intranets.

Qualifications:

B.A. or B.S. in a related field (marketing, journalism, public relations, advertising, or communications) preferred.
Minimum 6-8 years in a digital marketing role.
Healthcare experience preferred.
Extensive understanding of social media to further the company's business development goals, and be able to develop, implement, and monitor initiatives via social networking sites including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
PC-fluent in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Significant experience with Adobe Suite, SEO tactics, Salesforce, Constant Contact, Canva, and WordPress.
Candidate must have strong technical abilities and a variety of professional digital talents.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong work ethic and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and interact with diverse teams.
Candidate should have a proactive, energetic, can-do attitude, and excellent interpersonal skills for representing the organization during media events, health fairs, award ceremonies, and other community activities.

The Salary range for this position is

$84,900/yr. - $113,000/yr.

Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role.

Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location, as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
