Job Summary
This individual will support visiting and local customers with general services and requests.

Key Responsibilities:
Answers incoming reservation calls, providing prompt and courteous service
Books group and transient room reservations
Books audio visual, set up and additional meeting needs
Captures and prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports data analysis as requested
Manages annual scheduling process
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Associates degree or relevant work experience required, Bachelors degree preferred
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in hospitality industry preferred
Proficiency in computer software programs, including MS Office and EMS
Punctual, dependable and dedicated to achieving excellence, down to the smallest of details
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and ability to multitask
Ability to read, listen and communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
