Company Description Battiste Clement PLLC is a small law firm specializing in commercial litigation, seeking a remote associate attorney with over five years of civil litigation experience.
This is a full-time remote role with an 1800 annual billing requirement.
The successful candidate will manage their caseload, provide legal advice to clients, draft legal documents, and represent clients in court.
Additionally, the associate will support the senior attorney, communicate with clients, and collaborate with the legal team to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Qualifications Minimum five years of civil litigation experience and admission to the Bar.
Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
Proficient in conducting legal research and analyzing complex legal issues.
Experience in drafting legal documents and working with clients.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
