STV is seeking a Marketing Coordinator for our Northeast Transportation group.

Manage and prepare proposals, presentations, and qualification submissions for a variety of different types of opportunitiesAttend walk throughs/pre-proposal conferences and kickoff meetings as neededReview and analyze solicitation documents and RFPsCollaborate and provide input for pursuit strategy (i.e.
company differentiators, teaming, projects, staff, and production) with leadership teamDevelop, distribute, and manage submission outlines/schedulesInterface with teaming partners and coordinate effortsInteract with Legal, Accounting, and other departments to meet proposal requirementsProof all submissionsEnsure proper documentation has been completed for QA reviewCoordinate production efforts (i.e., reproduction, packaging, and delivery)Participate in client debriefs to ensure lessons learned are integrated into future submittalsPosition Requirements:

Bachelor's degree, preferably in English or Liberal ArtsProficiency in Microsoft and Adobe Creative Cloud with emphasis on InDesignMinimum of three (3) years of related experience, preferably in marketing, publishing, or journalism/writing Experience with marketing in the architecture/engineering/construction management industry is requiredCompensation Range:
