Job Title: PTP Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

Warner Music's Center of Excellence is the home to the financial, legal and administrative functions that provide critical support and best-in-class services to our US Recorded Music and Publishing businesses. The Nashville center embodies the innovative and creative spirit that stems from the company's deep history in nurturing entrepreneurial thinking and artist-focused innovation, enabling our employees to develop a wide range of skills through cross-function collaboration and development opportunities.

Your role:

The PTP Manager will oversee the delivery and support of Procure-to-Pay business processes.

Here you'll get to:

Manage early payment requests with support of BPO, differentiating between rush payments and other early payment types

Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate

Manage inbound documents (invoice) coming through multiple sources, including Ariba network, central mailbox, digital archive, and EDI

Approve and post invoices in the system, verifying that invoice information is consistent with system information

Keep track of credits owed to the company and ensure all credits are properly applied to vendor payments

Liaise with vendor, in case vendor master data updates are required to issue remittance advice

Manage vendor onboarding process including vendor onboarding checks

Assist in internal/external audit

Address vendor inquiries

Assist in extracting information for month-end reporting

Participate in ad hoc projects in other areas as needed

On receipt of scanned invoices, manually key invoices into the financial system

Generate invoices from a PO

Settle rush payments within targeted time frame

Onboard and setup new vendors

Key Accountabilities

Requisition goods and services

Manage inbound documents

Invoice processing

Process payments

Address vendor inquiries and disputes

Manage corporate card program

Audit expense reports

Perform PTP reconciliations/period end close activities

About you:

5+ years of experience in a supervisory role in accounting or a related financial role in a shared service environment

2+ years of experience in invoicing, collections, and customer credit functions in a high transaction volume organization

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Knowledgeable on front-end system and all PTP processes

Strong work-ethic and a self-starter who proactively seeks out new solutions

Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects working well under pressure

Detail oriented

We'd love it if you also had:

CPA or equivalent preferred

Ability to read/write Spanish or Portuguese

Knowledge of SAP, Ariba, and Concur

Experience with continuous improvement (TQM, Six Sigma, LEAN or similar process measurement and analysis techniques)

Salary Range

$75,000 to $90,000 Annually

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
