Job Title: Licensed Social Worker
Location: New York, NY 10065
Shift: Monday to Friday 9a-5p.
Duration: 3 Months with high possibility of extension
Pay Range: $52 to $56/Hour.
Extensive inpatient hospital experience with a focus on providing comprehensive patient care.
Proficient in utilizing EPIC for electronic health record management and patient tracking.
Skilled in conducting in-depth psychosocial assessments to support patient needs.
Capable of managing a caseload of 25 to 30 patients, ensuring high-quality care across diverse populations.
Experience in hospice care, hemodialysis, substance abuse treatment, guardianship cases, ethical dilemmas, and familiarity with Allscripts for health record documentation.
Required Experience:
1-year hospital inpatient social work experience.
Education:
Master's in social work
License:
LMSW New York
