Family or Adult Nurse Practitioner - Full Time The Center for Special Studies in Chelsea/Weill Cornell/Ambulatory Care Network is dedicated to providing the highest quality primary care to people living with HIV (PLWH) or at risk for HIV, as well as patients with other infectious diseases.

The Nurse Practitioner will provide routine sexual health services, comprehensive physical examinations and testing, establish treatment plans, and administer medication. Responsibilities include assessing patients for PEP/PrEP eligibility, initiating and monitoring patients on PrEP and PEP, and managing ARVs for newly diagnosed and re-engaging HIV-positive patients. The Nurse Practitioner will work with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team and will attend and participate in various meetings.
This is a full-time position, 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual English/Spanish
Experience in providing care to clients with a diagnosis of HIV
Required Qualifications: Masters in Nursing degree in Advanced Practice
Board Certification in area of specialty
Current NYS FNP and RN licensure
Current BLS through AHA
Minimum of one year NP experience
Strong communication, interpersonal, and triage skills

Salary Range: $155,025-$172,150/Annual
