Jamaica Hospital Medical Center has a career opportunity for a Director of Human Resources.
The Director of Human Resources has a significant and instrumental role in cultivating a work environment reflective of the Hospital's mission and values.
The role reports directly to the Vice President of Human Resources and will partner with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategies to strengthen and enhance patient care quality initiatives, employee satisfaction, and workforce safety, serve as a change agent and build team cohesion.
The incumbent will also work collaboratively with the legal department to minimize legal exposure and risk to the organization by addressing workplace issues related to city, state and federal regulations and labor union contracts.
