We are is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company information. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who excel in administrative tasks and value accuracy in their work.
Responsibilities:
Accurately input and update data into company databases and systems.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all data entry tasks.
Retrieve, organize, and compile data as required for reporting or analysis.
Communicate with team members to resolve data discrepancies or clarify information.
Adhere to data confidentiality and security policies.
Perform routine audits to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Skills Required:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration or related fields is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
