Job Title: Business Analyst - Capital Markets
Location: New York City, NY
Duration: 12-months Contract
Work Type: Hybrid (2-3 days in office)
Pay Range: $50 - $52/hr
Are you a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for capital markets and transaction banking? We're seeking a talented individual to join our team in New York City.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Contribute to complex, cross-functional projects, including planning, analysis, and implementation.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risks.
Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to support system implementations and process changes.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and external partners.
Risk Management: Understand and adhere to the Bank's risk management framework, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
2-4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
Strong understanding of transaction banking products, particularly corporate/commercial deposits and back-office operations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and process management tools
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Certification in business analysis
Experience with project management methodologies
Familiarity with payment processing and payment products
