Role Description
The Associate Recruiter position is a full-time entry-level in-person role based in our administrative office in Inwood, NY. As an Associate Recruiter, you will be responsible for screening, and selecting candidates for various clinical positions within Discovery ABA. You will also be responsible for assisting in vairous tasks for sourcing applicants for our open positions. You will develop and maintain relationships with applicants, schedule and conduct interviews, coordinate hiring processes, and be responsible for applicant's initial onboarding steps.
