Position Overview:
As a CDL A Driver, you will earn $26.75 per hour, working in a dynamic hybrid role that combines driving and warehouse responsibilities. This position offers a competitive hourly wage along with numerous benefits that make Berry Freightlines an exceptional place to work.
Local Pay Rate:
$26.75/hour
Flexible Schedule:
Start time at 5 am with an alternating schedule. One week you'll work Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (4 days), and the next week you'll work Monday, Tuesday, and Saturday (3 days).
Hybrid Role:
12-hour shifts that include warehouse work and shuttles, with only about 5 hours dedicated to shuttle work.
Incentives:
Sign on bonus of $2500.
New Equipment:
Drive 2024 and newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks.
Full Maintenance Plan:
All equipment is leased from Penske with full maintenance coverage included.
Referral Bonuses:
Earn $2500 for every driver you refer that is hired.
Safety First:
Participate in our Safety Bonus Program.
Pay for Delays:
You will be compensated for detention, layover, canceled loads, breakdowns, and bad weather.
PTO and Paid Time Off:

Key Responsibilities:
Minimum of 1 year verifiable Class A driving experience required.
Ability to pass a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug and alcohol screening.
Understand and comply with DOT regulations and safety standards.
No major accidents on record.
Valid Class A CDL license.
