You emphasize the broader, longer term vision and values as a means of guiding decisions and actions.Client interaction comes naturally to you; you're a pro at establishing an effective demeanor and communicating to influence one's point of view.Ideally, you have at least 5 years' experience in an account management role at a medical communications agency.Manage, motivate, and develop account team.Financial management of accounts (determine annual fee, prepare contracts, oversee job hours and expenses, budget for future estimates).Act as team leader to ensure integration of agency disciplines (scientific, media, art, copy, accounting, production, creative, library services).Maintain strong relationships with all levels of client management.Daily communication with client to establish and maintain positive working relationships.Recommend sound business initiatives pertaining to the product and markets that enhances sales and marketing objectives while enforcing the agency's image as a vital resource to the product team.Conceive, develop and execute marketing communications and promotions on client's behalf, which match their marketing objectives and strategies.Provide strategic recommendations and manage all agency resources to ensure the client's marketing needs are met.Stay up-to-date on competitive landscape.Schedule and attend meetings, take notes, prepare necessary documents, book meetings and secure conference roomsOversee budget(s) by developing and preparing estimates, monitoring project budgets, and tracking budgets versus actualsCreate and monitor timelines.
Run status reports.
Keep team informed throughout project life cycle on status.
Ensure all schedules are adhered to and deliverables are met
