We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Claims Manager to assist in all aspects of claims management, to support and promote process improvement methodologies and best practices that enhance claims service.
About the Role As the Time & Expense Sr Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for weekly labor and leave processing and work as a member of the Business Systems team.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
Support the maintenance of Deltek Time and Expense 10.
x and Costpoint 8.
x Work with other Business Systems team members to evaluate, escalate and resolve defects within Time & Expense Support upgrades, monthly releases and Pre-DSMs Perform training and best practices classes to improve skills for Time & Expense users and administrators Prepare and maintain documentation, including requirements, policies & procedures relating to Time and Expense Evaluate new applications, system requirements, developments by Deltek, and recommend appropriate solutions and alternatives based on evolving business needs Ensure that all processes are designed to meet SOX, audit and security requirements Process and compute weekly labor timesheets and leave Reconcile labor, leave and payroll files before sending to corporate labor team Qualifications and Skill Requirements:

Deltek Time and Expense, Costpoint, Cognos, Time & Expense Training.
The candidate is expected to have strong knowledge of Time and Expense version 10.

x and higher, Cognos 11.
x and higher Bachelors degree and minimum of 5 years of relevant business experience in Deltek Costpoint or equivalent experience in lieu of degree Experience in government contracting is a must Ability to travel up to 20% as required.
Must be a U.
citizen due to contractual requirements.
Working knowledge of front-end screens as well as back-end tables for Costpoint Time & Expense Ability to work as a member of a cross-functional team Experience with functional support for Costpoint and Deltek TE.
This includes system upgrades, planning, design, SOX/Audits as well as troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Extensive knowledge of state and federal payroll and tax laws and the implementation of compliance requirements Excellent communication and analytical skills Must be proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel Ability to handle multiple conflicting priorities Ability to meet tight changing deadlines Goal and high standard driven Mature, dependable, resourceful, and able to maintain strict confidentiality Potential travel - 20% Note :
This position is fully remote / work from home.
